Stonewater Villages Monthly Assessments: The Stonewater Villages HOA's monthly assessments for 2026 are $130.00 per month.  Payment is due by the first of each month. You can also choose to pay for the entire year in January or for multiple months at a time if you would like. As a reminder, the association can accept checks, money orders, or cash; credit or debit cards are not accepted. 

Payments can be made to Stonewater Villages Homeowners Association or SVHOA and mailed to P. O. Box 10660, College Station, TX 77842. You can also drop off your payment at the management office (Pebble Creek Land Company) located at 5102 Stonewater Loop, College Station, TX 77845 during business hours of Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
