Quarterly Assessments: The Patio HOA's quarterly assessments for 2025 are $310.90 per quarter.  Payments are due by the 10th of January, 10th of April, 10th of July, and the 10th of October. You can also choose to pay for the entire year or for multiple quarters at a time if you would like. As a reminder, the association can accept checks, money orders, or cash; credit or debit cards are not accepted. Payments can be made to Patio Homeowners Association or PHOA and mailed to P. O. Box 10660, College Station, TX 77842. You can also drop off your payment at the management office (Pebble Creek Land Company) located at 5102 Stonewater Loop, College Station, TX 77845 during business hours of Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
